Top 10 Checklist


Since each project is different and each job has its own specific variables, we have put together this Check List for you to consider while planning and preparing your print job.

  1. A complete review of your disk preparation prior to film output
  2. Reviewing paper, inks, bindery and packaging that are best suited to your printed end use
  3. Analysing quantity, best suited for either using sheet-fed or web printing
  4. Time and schedule constraints
  5. Paper choices such as weight, textures, coated vs non-coated, matt finish and recycled stock
  6. Low resolution scans vs using High resolution scans
  7. Design and typesetting
  8. Colours standard PMS compared to process colours
  9. Postal consideration or special packaging or shipping requirements.
  10. Always Double Check and Proof Read your document prior to output.
